Chai White Russian

This is a twist on the classic White Russian cocktail. The secret is simple – chai tea infused vodka.

INGREDIENTS

(Makes 4 Cocktails)

CHAI INFUSED VODKA

8 ounces vodka

4 chai tea bags

RECIPE PER COCKTAIL

2 ounces of chai infused vodka

1 ounce Kahlúa

A splash of heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS

To infuse the vodka, combine vodka and chai tea bags in a container and let sit for two hours.

When ready to assemble, build cocktail in a serving glass by combining two ounces of chai infused vodka and one ounce of Kahlúa.

Top with a splash of heavy cream. Stir and enjoy! OH
