Joan Riley loves everything about French country design and decorating. While visiting friends at a townhome in Admiral’s Gate Joan fell in love with the development and wanted in. It happened fast. She and husband Ian Fleming purchased a unit. They renovated and decorated from top to bottom.

"Mike Synott of Georgian Granite Works handled the renovation and was on the same wavelength as me and went that extra mile. Dean’s Carpet One Floor & Home team handled all the flooring and blinds, going above and beyond to get it right. Elaine Kettlewell of Kettlewells and her wonderful architectural finds helped create our look, while Laurie Severn and Pierre Armengol of Heirloom 142 would always happily deliver furnishings and rugs to put in place. Roger Tomlinson at Chantico Fireplace Gallery helped us create a beautiful fireplace. I found a large wicker basket with wheels at Haven Home & Gift and  slipcovered chairs for the heads of the dining table at Lëuk," says Joan.
