WHAT’S NEW: If you haven’t been to The Plumber’s Wife in Arthur for a while, grab a friend and go! Paula Coffey, the owner, is excited about the expansion of the design centre that now boasts over 2,000 sq. ft. feet of fantastic décor ideas for your kitchen, bath and more. There’s everything you imagined, including lots of kitchen sinks.

PRODUCTS: A wall of working shower heads and faucets lets you try out the hardware before you install it. Artful vignettes display vanities with all the accessories you’ll need to finish your next project. The store is brimming with a broad range of products arranged in a home-style setting. Prints and wall art, mirrors, bath mats, and even funky clocks adorn the store walls inspiring you to make the design brewing in your mind spring to life.
TEAM: This year welcomes a new team member – Stefanie Stroeder, an interior design specialist. Her creativity and expertise add a new dimension to the unique experience at The Plumber’s Wife.
HIGH TECH: E-design service is now available regardless of your location or budget. The online interior design service is a do-it-yourself decoration solution that provides you with a master plan for creating a professionally designed space that you can implement at your own pace. You’ll also want to check out their stylish new website for all the latest trends, upcoming sales and new product arrivals. If you’re a bride to be, sign up for the wedding registry. Your guests will have fun choosing the right gift for you, and one for themselves!
WHAT STAYS THE SAME: Paula explains that their strength has always been their ability to sit down with clients and really listen when helping with renovation design. They follow up with notes that they share with contractors and give customers the confidence they need to move forward with their projects. “We offer problem solving expertise clients can rely on,” she says. And, she laughs, “it’s a fun store! Different every time!”
