A life-long admiration for the Niagara region paired with Chapman Murrary Associates Architects' expertise, curated a stunning beachfront summer house for this family of four. This custom home was designed to place the Lake Erie shoreline centre stage.

They had their fair share of obstacles during construction, from sandstorms to weather and keeping out of the way of the endangered Fowler Toads, native to the area. Sider Bros. Builders Ltd. made every piece of moudling, wall panelling and trim for the home and installed floor-to-ceiling windows for a beachfront view.

An open-concept living and dining area makes the two-way fireplace, from The One Stop Fireplace Shop, visible from the marble waterfall island, sourced from Star Tile Centre. Wood cabinets from Silver Creek Custom Cabinetry and custom-blended flooring bring the natural elements indoors, which was very important to the homeowners.

The home is unique because of its use of multiple floor elevations to allow for the best view. Outside the spacious great room, the ipe decking is made of durable wood from South America that doesn't splinter, which means no slivers from lounging on the deck. The home is outfitted with an alarm system from Ensign Electronic Alarm Systems

This family is ready for endless beach days at their quiet weekend community, in a home they built with passion, they are finally living their dream.
